Prove-A-Loop Circuit Tester
Prove a Loop is a new low cost testing and fault finding solution. It may not have a digital display but the headphones enable you to audibly detect and locate any resistance faults easily and first time.
Its variable tone enables one engineer to remotely test and troubleshoot alarm loop circuits up to 100 Metres from the control equipment. Prove a Loop will verify normal operation and identify faults on normally closed and End-of-Line circuits.
Examples of faults that can be identified include:- high resistance contacts, tamper faults, damaged wiring, loose connections, dry joints and faulty detectors. Prove a Loop is essential for minimising false alarms during commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting inspections.

• Enables remote alarm loop testing up to 100 Metres
• Test normally closed and End-of-Line Circuits
• Proves circuit operation in a fraction of the normal time
• Locates faulty cables, connections and alarm detectors
• Tone varies according to loop resistance
• License exempt radio link
