Rapport II Series

Style and unique functionality have been combined in the new Rapport II Series, a set of two installation and troubleshooting tools for CCTV professionals who wish to utilise their work effectively at a price they can afford.

The Rapport II and the Rapport II Pro are two stylish, flip-top units that combine the most useful functions needed for testing CCTV installations. Distributed by ACT Meters Ltd, each unit incorporates a 3.5” colour LCD monitor, video signal generator, digital multimeter, PTZ controller, PTZ protocol analyser and UTP cable tester.

The Rapport II Pro has the extra function of a built-in MPEG4 digital video recorder which allows users to store video images on a SD card which can then be downloaded to a PC for future reference.

The Rapport II and Rapport II Pro build on the success of the Rapport 337 but are more compact and versatile. When fully charged, the Lithium Polymer batteries provide up to 4 hours continuous use and don’t self-discharge when not in use.

Colour CCTV Field Monitor
The 3.5” colour TFT-LCD monitor supports both PAL and NTSC videosignal format. The display video signal level (IRE) is helpful in checking the video quality, brightness and contrast control

Video Signal Generator
The output colour bar – red, blue and green – screen allow technicians to inspect the video monitor or DVR. This too supports PAL and NTSC video signal formats

Digital Multimeter
Combines a voltmeter, ohmmeter and continuity tester

CCTV PTZ Controller
Controls and programs a variety of speed and slow dome cameras. It has multi protocol and programmable baud rates

PTZ Protocol Analyser
Determines which protocol is used to control PTZ cameras from a PTZ controller or DVR. This will guide the installer to understand the protocol and find the fault device easily

UTP Cable Tester
Specified to quickly test UTP cables for continuity, miswiring and polarization. By using an attached remote terminator, the installer can easily test the cable before or after the cable is installed

Digital Video Recorder (Rapport II Pro)
Built-in MPEG4 digital video recorder which allows users to store video images on a SD card which can then be downloaded to a PC for future reference. Maximum 10 minutes/8 files.
